HMI designs and delivers faculty development programs that foster the development of educational leaders involved with curricular reforms and other major institutional initiatives. Workshops draw from both educational theory and experience, and expose participants to a wide range of educational approaches and teaching practices essential to preparing today's medical students. These programs may be hosted by HMI or the partner institution, depending on the scope and other variables.
