HMI’s Clinical Quality Management training program enables health care organizations to cost-effectively train their staff in the principles and outcomes of clinical quality management. The program helps organizations define the role of leadership and teamwork in developing and implementing systems to support continuous quality improvement. Utilizing a train-the-trainer approach, HMI faculty will provide on-site training for an initial group of our partner’s professional staff. Following the workshop, HMI maintains regular contact and provides consultation as this group works to train others. The initial work could potentially serve as the basis for a comprehensive quality management and performance improvement initiative.
