HMI creates career development opportunities at Harvard Medical School (HMS) and its affiliated institutions for selected health care professionals and faculty at our partner institutions. These programs are designed to expose participants to the latest advances in their field, promote global best practices, and facilitate a mentorship between the scholar and the HMS faculty member assigned to them. These programs, which vary in duration and scope, involve professionals at all levels and in any health care related field, including research, management, clinical practice, and education.
