To ensure that patient care and education services provided by Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) meet international standards of excellence, the Center for Healthcare Planning and Quality (CPQ) was established by DHCC and Harvard Medical International. The CPQ is the regulatory body for DHCC quality management infrastructure, managing facility and healthcare professional licensing and clinical quality standards. The overarching goal of the CPQ is to oversee health care quality and accreditation within DHCC -- across all structures and processes including, facilities, education, and patient care, and aligned with international standards of excellence -- and ensure that the services provided through DHCC are commensurate with regional demand.
